Our staff is compiled of high-quality, passionate fitness professionals. We are equipped with a wide variety of experience, certifications, and areas of expertise. Read the bios below to see which trainer/coach might be the best fit for you!
Coach Rob is our director of sports performance and co-owner of Victory, which was founded in 1998. He is from Shamokin, PA where he was a two sport athlete. Rob graduated from Bucknell University where is studied pre-med and played football. In his 25+ years of experience, Rob has trained athletes from youth, to professionals, to Olympic Olympic hopefuls. Rob has spoken at numerous conferences and corporations and has trained the staffs of some of the country's top performance/fitness facilities.
Jackie is a co-owner and the facility manager. Originally from Newark, Deleware, Jackie has an Associates degree in Nuclear Medicine.
Steve Jury USAW-L1, IFS, CPT
Steve is our senior trainer and has been at Victory for 20 years. Steve has participated in the following: competitive road & track cycling, adventure racing, hiking, summiting Mount Kilimanjaro (successfully!), Team Handball, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Steve is our integrative flexibility specialist and has experience training people from all walks of life. He is passionate about positively impacting those that he trains and changing lives for the better.
Trevor Fleck CSCS, TPI-L1, USAW-L1
Coach Trevor is our golf specialist, sports performance coach, and personal trainer from Penns Valley, PA. Trevor graduated from Grove City College in 2021 with a B.S. in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) and a minor in Nutrition. While at GCC, Trevor was a member of the GCC football program as a Defensive Student Coach for four years. Trevor specializes in athlete performance and golf training. In his free time, Trevor enjoys golfing, watching/playing sports, volunteering at the Penns Valley Youth Center and spending time outside.
Aarif Asif CSCS, USAW-L1
Coach Aarif is our wrestling specialist, sports performance coach and personal trainer from Lithia, Florida. Aarif graduated from Penn State in 2020 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While at PSU, Aarif was a member of the wrestling program and continues to wrestle with NLWC in State College, PA. Additionally, Aarif works with multiple D1 sports teams including several Penn State teams. In his free time, Aarif enjoys family time and board games.
Martha Dunkelberger NASM-CPT
Martha is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and the operators manager from Penns Valley, PA. Martha graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2021 with a BA in Dance, BS in Physical Activity & Fitness Management, & a minor in Adventure Fitness. Martha recently competed a masters degree in Lifestyle Management with a COGS in Health Coaching. Martha has 20 years of dance experience. She specializes in activities of daily living for the elderly, balance & coordination, women, and movement for life. In her free time, Martha enjoys dancing, organization, and the outdoors.
Hannah Klingerman NASM-CPT
Coach Hannah is our female sports performance coach, personal trainer, and social media director from Bloomsburg, PA. Hannah graduated from Grand Valley State University (Grand Rapids, MI) in 2020 with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. While at GVSU, she was a member of the women's soccer team and a NCAA DII National Champion in 2019. Hannah specializes in training the female athlete, ACL prevention, and functional movement training with age. In her free time, Hannah enjoys playing Spikeball, reading, being outside, and watching/playing sports.
Tyler Shawver ACE-CPT, USAW-L1
Coach Tyler is a personal trainer and performance coach from Spring Mills, PA. He graduated in 2016 from Lock Haven University with a B.S. in Sports Administration. Tyler threw shot put, discus, hammer and weight throw at LHU for three years and is a current amateur strongman competitor. Tyler specializes in athletic performance and strength-focused training. In addition to strongman, Tyler enjoys longboarding, muy tai, and golfing.
