Private and Semi-Private Training
This is for any individual or athlete looking for a totally customized program to meet their training needs. These appointments are booked 1-on-1, 2-on-1, 3-on-1, or a small group according to your availability. Sessions range based on the client goals and needs to include any of the following; balance, core/stability, strength training, weight loss, cardio, sport specific, and recreational fitness.
