About Us
The Victory Mission
To serve God in our communities by helping people live healthier lives.
We will establish an unequaled standard of fitness and performance excellence which dramatically impacts the people and communities we serve by: challenging people physically, touching them emotionally, and caring for them spiritually.

Our life-changing efforts will help people achieve their goals and enhance quality of life through precise programming, focused motivation, and providing up-to-date education.

Our endeavors will be strengthened by the realization that we must thank and glorify God for helping us achieve things beyond our finite abilities.
Meet The Founders
Rob Oshinskie
Founder & Co-owner
No one had a greater influence on Rob than his family. His mom was an example of toughness, consistency, and drive. His dad and big brother encouraged him to grow as an athlete. Faith, family, friends, and sports were integral to the Oshinksie family culture. So, it should be no surprise that they formed the foundation for a career of developing athletes, improving the wellness of adults, and creating the culture of Victory Sports.
Rob’s dad, Ed, and his big brother, Jeff, started encouraging exercise to feed Rob’s athletic passions at an early age. But it was a conversation with his dad, following his first PSU game, that likely had the greatest influence on his career choice. At the culmination of an exciting game, Rob realized he was where he was meant to be; pushing toward a career in athletics.
After finishing school at Bucknell, Rob began attending conferences and building relationships that steered him toward his true passion -- a job with PSU football. The Penn State Football job helped Rob cultivate many relationships that allowed him to build a following with athletes and their families. These connections led to the opening of Victory Sports and Fitness in 2003.
Since then, Rob has trained athletes for the NFL Combine, professional action sports competitors, professional basketball players, and athletes of all ages. Additionally, Rob has spoken at industry events and led hands-on workshops for various teams and businesses related to health and fitness. Rob is helping to mentor the next generation of fitness leaders through his staff at Victory Sports and Fitness. Rob still enjoys working with motivated athletes and adults, but his responsibilities are centered around supporting his staff and preparing Victory for the future!
Jackie Oshinskie
Co-owner & Manager
Jackie attended Delaware Technical Community College where she earned her Associates in Nuclear Medicine. Jackie met Rob at a local gym while she was working in mobile nuclear cardiology. They were married in 1998 and shortly after began planning for the greater goal: a faith aligned fitness center.

After turning her focus toward fitness, Jackie and Rob worked diligently to prepare for what was to come for both of them. The facility that we now know as Victory was established in 2003.
Jackie was a trainer for over 15 years and served alongside Rob and Steve to build Victory from the ground up. Over the years, Jackie has served many roles including training, management, group fitness, workshops, and everything in between.

Her duties are currently centered on the business side of things through dealing with memberships, billing, payroll, and administrative duties. She is passionate about the work she does to keep the ship afloat and support the Victory team!
Steve Jury
Senior Trainer
It was 1987 when Steve “accidentally” discovered the NASM while reading a N.P.C. (National Physique Committee) publication. Steve says “accidentally” because he knows, "God had his hand on guiding me to where I am today! I always knew I wanted to be involved in the health and fitness industry but didn’t know where or how to get started." The National Academy of Sports Medicine was a great place to start, and still is a source for Steve to this day. In 1995, Steve dove headfirst into the profession, and he's never looked back for a minute. Studying the mechanics of the human body had always fascinated him. It can do amazing things if you only know how to take care of it. Since then Steve has had the privilege to meet and study the work of some incredible people, who have had an impact on his life both personally and professionally. The most influential mentor by far has been John Davies, the founder of Renegade Training. John taught Steve the value of overcoming adversity in any area of life, and how to live a life and career with purpose! Steve says, "It has been a blessing to have people like John in my life to help guide me on my journey!"

Steve says, "Being a fitness professional is about more than just 'exercise', it’s an opportunity for me to impact someone’s life in a positive way. Over the past 30 + years I’ve been privileged to work with people from all walks of life: from sailing around the world to helping someone move better and have more energy. They have enriched my life as much if not more than I have theirs. Everyday brings a new and exciting challenge that I want to share with them and make their journey one to remember as they move toward their chosen goals; 'I don’t train people, I serve them!'"
